01 / Operator and scope
ARCHER is operated by Jomari David Perez (Archer), Philippines. It is currently a personal desktop tool inside VIRA for the operator's own social accounts: account connection, content uploads and publishing, scheduling, and account or video analytics. It is not currently offered as a public service, multi-user creator platform or client publishing service.
These terms describe the permitted use and limits of that integration. Visiting this website does not create an ARCHER account or grant access to the private desktop tool. Questions: inquire@archerperezz.net.
02 / Authorized accounts and content
Use ARCHER only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, within the current personal-only setup. Keep platform credentials and the desktop workspace secure. Do not use the integration to bypass access restrictions, collect unauthorized data, impersonate others, send spam or publish unlawful material.
The operator is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for videos, images, music, likenesses, captions and commercial materials. Connecting an account does not grant ownership of third-party content.
03 / Publishing responsibilities
Review the selected account, media, caption, privacy settings, interaction options and required advertising or music disclosures before authorizing a publishing task. Scheduling authorizes a later attempt while VIRA is running; it does not guarantee publication at an exact time. Account limits, expired permissions, connectivity, API errors and platform decisions may prevent or delay posting.
Where available, upload-to-inbox requires completion in TikTok. Direct publishing depends on TikTok's permitted scopes, account settings and app status. Confirm the final result in the destination platform rather than treating an upload attempt as proof of a successful public post.
04 / TikTok restrictions
ARCHER is independent of TikTok and is not endorsed, sponsored or approved by TikTok merely because these pages exist. TikTok's own terms, developer rules and content policies continue to apply.
TikTok's current app-review rules exclude personal/private-use apps; its Direct Post guidelines explicitly exclude utilities limited to accounts managed by the developer or their team. ARCHER's present personal-only purpose does not resolve that eligibility restriction. These pages support accurate disclosure and setup; they do not guarantee approval, an audit, access to a scope or public posting.

05 / Data and disconnection
The Privacy Policy explains the permissions, local storage, external processing, retention and deletion limits. Disconnecting removes the saved account entry; it does not automatically revoke TikTok authorization, cancel queued jobs, erase cached data or delete already published content. Follow the separate revocation and manual deletion steps described there.
06 / Availability and third-party costs
ARCHER is provided in its current personal desktop form without a guaranteed uptime, support response time, uninterrupted operation or analytics accuracy. Platforms may change their APIs, limits and requirements. Features may stop working or be changed or withdrawn. Local backups and checking published content remain the operator's responsibility.
There is no public ARCHER subscription or checkout offered by these pages. Internet, platform, hosting and any selected third-party service charges remain separate. Talent bookings or website-development services advertised elsewhere on this portfolio are governed by their own agreed project terms, not by these integration terms.
07 / Ownership and limitations
The operator retains rights in their original content and ARCHER branding. Third-party platforms, libraries, marks and services remain subject to their owners' rights and licences. No rights to those third-party assets are granted here.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the integration is provided without warranties of fitness, error-free operation or a particular commercial result. It does not promise views, sales, engagement or platform approval. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
08 / Changes and contact
Stop using the integration if its operation is unsuitable for your needs. Its purpose, capabilities or terms may change; a materially different public service would need its own accurate terms and privacy disclosures. The effective date above identifies this version.
